1. About PipsDex

PipsDex ("PipsDex", "we", "us") provides software that shows market data, charts, news, statistics, alerts and computer-generated analysis for digital assets, commodities, world stocks and other markets. Everything PipsDex shows is general information for educational and research purposes only. Nothing in PipsDex is a recommendation, solicitation or offer to buy or sell any asset, and nothing is personalised to your financial situation.

PipsDex is not a broker, exchange, investment adviser, research analyst, portfolio manager or custodian. We do not hold your money or your assets, and we do not execute trades for you.

Educational purpose only. PipsDex is built to help you learn how markets, charts, indicators and risk work. All charts, indicators, candlestick and chart patterns, support / resistance and liquidity levels, price-action and smart-money tools, AI analysis, AI market scenarios, AI Insights, strategies, backtests, statistics, alerts, the AI data analyzer, Pips AI answers and paper trading are educational examples. They are not recommendations, tips or instructions to buy or sell.

No money handling, no real-money trading. PipsDex is software for market analysis and paper (simulated) trading. We do not accept deposits, open trading or wallet accounts, execute trades, hold or manage funds, or buy, sell, exchange or transfer cryptocurrency, commodities, shares or any other asset — for you or anyone else. Your subscription payment is only a fee for access to the PipsDex software for the plan period; it is not a deposit, investment or trading balance and cannot be used to trade. PipsDex will never ask you to send money or crypto to trade, invest or "unlock profits"; anyone who does is not PipsDex.

2. Who can use PipsDex

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract.
• You are responsible for checking that using PipsDex is legal where you live, and for meeting your own tax and reporting obligations.
• Some markets shown in PipsDex may be restricted or unavailable where you live. PipsDex shows a market for analysis and learning only — this does not mean you are allowed to trade it, or that we suggest you do.

3. Your account

• Give accurate details (name, email, mobile) and keep them up to date.
• An account is for one person only. Do not share your login or resell access.
• Keep your password secret. You are responsible for everything done through your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.
• One device at a time: your account can be signed in on only one device or browser at a time. When you sign in somewhere new, the earlier device is signed out automatically. Changes on the earlier device that were not yet saved online may be lost.
• Your settings, watchlist, chart drawings, alerts, strategies, journal and paper-trading account are saved to your account on our server, so they are available wherever you sign in. Keep your own record of anything important — we do not guarantee that this data will never be lost.

4. Plans, payments and coupons

• A subscription is a fee for access to the PipsDex software only. It is not a deposit, investment, wallet or trading balance, it does not buy any asset, and it is not linked to any trading result.
• Plans, prices and what each plan includes are shown on the plans page at the time you choose them. A paid plan becomes active once your payment has been confirmed, and runs for the period shown (30 days, or 365 days for a yearly plan). Plans do not renew automatically, unless you switch on the optional AutoPay at checkout: then the regular price of the plan you chose is charged through Razorpay (UPI AutoPay mandate or card) at the start of each new period, until you cancel AutoPay under Account → AutoPay — which you can do at any time, with the days already paid staying active. Prices are in Indian rupees (₹). Where international payments are available, visitors outside India may see prices in US dollars ($); your bank may add its own currency-conversion or international-card fees.
• Taxes and invoices: prices include GST where applicable. Your payment history is shown in Account → Payments; for a tax invoice, write to us from your registered email with the order number.
• Coupons are issued only by PipsDex, may have limits (plans, number of uses, expiry) and have no cash value. Referral coupons follow the same rules and can only be used by the account they were issued to.
• Refunds and cancellations follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: once a payment is successful it is not refunded under any circumstances — including a change of mind, unused days, trading results, an AutoPay renewal you forgot to cancel, temporary downtime, or suspension for breaking these terms. Only a payment error is corrected: if you were charged but your plan did not activate, we activate it (or return the amount if it cannot be activated), and a double charge is returned, within 5–7 working days.
• We may change prices or plan features in future; changes apply from your next purchase.

5. Market data and accuracy

Prices, news, funding, open interest, calendars and other data come from third-party sources (for example exchanges and public data providers). Some prices — including those shown for commodities and world stocks — come from contracts listed on digital-asset exchanges and quoted in USDT; they can differ from the official spot or stock-exchange price, and the app says so on those pages. Data may be delayed, incomplete, interrupted or wrong, and trading hours shown do not include public holidays. We try to keep PipsDex accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that any data, level, scenario, statistic or backtest is correct, complete or up to date, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

6. Risk disclosure

• Trading real markets, especially leveraged products such as futures, options and perpetual contracts, carries a high risk of losing money, including losing more than you expected very quickly. Leverage magnifies losses as well as gains.
• Prices can move sharply on thin liquidity, on news, or when a related market opens or closes.
• Past performance, backtests, win-rates, "edge" statistics, historical analogs and results shown in the strategy marketplace are not reliable indicators of future results.
• If you trade real markets on any other platform, you do so entirely at your own risk. Only use money you can afford to lose, and if you are unsure, get advice from a qualified, registered professional.

7. AI features

All AI features are provided for educational purposes only. Pips AI, the chart analysis, AI market scenarios, AI Insights, the AI data analyzer and briefings are produced automatically by software and by an external AI language-model provider (named in our Privacy Policy). They can be wrong, out of date or inconsistent, and they do not know your circumstances. Treat them as learning material, never as an instruction to trade.

AI market scenarios (possible price paths with key levels, example risk levels and example position sizes) are generated automatically by software from rules, indicators and past data, to show how an analysis can be built. They are not recommendations, they may be wrong, and they carry no guarantee of any outcome. If you trade real markets on any other platform, you do so entirely at your own risk.

8. Paper trading (no real orders)

• No real-money trading. All trading inside PipsDex is paper (simulated) trading with virtual money. No real money, crypto or asset is ever bought, sold or moved.
• Paper trading is simulated and does not reflect real fills, fees, slippage or liquidity.
• PipsDex does not connect to any broker or exchange and never places real orders. Any real trade you make on another platform is entirely your own decision and responsibility.
• Your paper-trading account (virtual balance, positions, orders and history) is saved to your PipsDex account. It has no money value and cannot be withdrawn or exchanged.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to: copy, resell, sublicense or publicly redistribute PipsDex or its data; scrape or overload the service; try to get around plan limits, security or access controls; reverse-engineer the software except where the law allows; use PipsDex for anything unlawful, fraudulent or to manipulate markets; or post misleading numbers or harass other users in community or marketplace features.

10. Privacy and your data

• Account: we store your name, email, mobile number, a securely hashed password (never the password itself), plan and plan dates, order and payment history, payment references from Razorpay (never card, UPI or bank details), coupons, referrals, preferred currency, account creation and last sign-in time, and which version of these terms you accepted and when.
• Sign-in and security: each sign-in records the IP address, browser / device type (user agent) and time, with only a hashed sign-in token. We use this to keep your account secure, enforce one device at a time and prevent fraud and misuse.
• Your app data: settings, watchlist, chart preferences and drawings, alerts, news-alert settings, strategies, journal, paper-trading account and custom calendar events are stored on our server under your account (see section 3). API keys you type into the local desktop copy are never sent to our server.
• Optional and shared content: Telegram chat ID (if you switch on Telegram alerts), strategies you publish in the marketplace (visible to other users), feature ideas and votes, and plan-reminder records.
• Usage statistics: pages opened, locked features tried, Plans and checkout opened, and free AI analyses used. Visitors get a random browser id and we note where the visit came from. No advertising trackers.
• In your browser: one essential sign-in cookie and local storage for your settings and a local copy of your app data.
• We use your data to run your account and plan, confirm payments, send service messages, keep the service secure and improve it. We do not sell your personal data. Full details — who we share data with (including the AI provider and that some data may be processed outside India), how long we keep it, where it is stored, your rights and our Grievance Officer — are in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. You give your consent by ticking the box on the sign-up page. If we make an important change, we will ask for your consent again (section 13).

11. Limitation of liability

PipsDex is only an analysis and learning tool, not financial advice. We do not guarantee any outcome. PipsDex, its owner, its developers and anyone involved in making or running it are not responsible, anywhere in the world, for any profit, loss or decision resulting from using PipsDex. If you trade real markets on any other platform, you do so entirely at your own risk.

PipsDex is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) PipsDex, its data or its analysis. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us for the plan period in which the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law.

12. Suspension and closing accounts

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, is used for abuse or fraud, or is shared. You may stop using PipsDex and ask us to close your account at any time.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version date at the top shows which version applies. For important changes we will show you the new version in the app and ask you to accept it, by ticking a box, before you continue using your account; the acceptance is recorded in the same way as at sign-up. If you do not accept, you can stop using PipsDex and ask us to close your account.

14. Governing law, operator and contact

PipsDex is operated by the operator named on our Contact Us page, . These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of the city of our registered office, India have jurisdiction. Questions or complaints: · — or use our Contact Us page. Grievances about your personal data go to our Grievance Officer named in the Privacy Policy.

By ticking the box on the sign-up page ("I have read and agree to the Terms & Conditions and Risk Disclosure and the Privacy Policy…") when you create an account — or the box shown in the app when we ask you to accept a new version — you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted this version, and that you understand PipsDex is for educational purposes only.
